Brethren, Let us acknowledge the LORD; As surely as the sun rises, he will appear; he will come to us like the winter rains, like the spring rains that water the earth Hosea 6:3
It means at the start of christs return men's hearts will be cold and evil - like winter rains
and the return of christ will descend upon an unprepared world like a flood - similar to Noahs ark.
The bible likens Christs return to the floods in the days of Noah- a few will enter the ark, or actually do right. Then the floods will come and drown out the rest.
During the return of Christ-''The blood of abel and the prophets who perished at the altar shall be required of this generation'' Luke 11: 51
1 Thessalonians 5:3 warns that sudden destruction will overtake the unprepared world to herald christs return. It reads: "For when they say, 'Peace and safety!' then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape
It means the return of christ will be the day of destruction -the evil ones shall not escape
The bible encourages the righteous to Press on and not be dismayed when you see these things

-The evil Of men who would like to glorify themselves over all that is called Holy to sit in the temple of God as God and hail themselves
-There will be deception and plagues with false peace.

HOW SHALL CHRIST RETURN
1.Christs return shall be the Destruction of evil, drowning out evil
2Patient God as he recieves the rains or destruction of evil
3. The blood of Abel shall be required of this generation
4.provide new oil and wine to effect this destruction

6. World will begin to blossom

NEW POLICE TASK LAWS
URO applauds the German government as well as UK Governments on passing new laws - giving police extensive new powers including right to arrest on suspicion of acts of criminal intent and right to shoot at ''Drones'':
In particular,URO applauds the Bavarian state parliament for passing a new “police task law” (“PAG”)
URO will incorporate these laws and include the right to arrest any member who causes problems to URO-
in any country together with Interpol.
ALL Leaders of members make sure to address your officials about compliance with article §4, to prevent arrests due to noncompliance by ignorant officials.

To all Members,
In 2024 ALL MEMBERS OF UNIVERSAL RESERVE ORGANISATION WILL START TO PAY IN THE SUBSCRIPTIONS.
This process will take various forms for the various members directed by the mandate of the member organisation.
The subscriptions for the various members will be published on this website.
This call for subsriptions will be managed under heavy security with the possibility of arresting any organisation president who acts in defiance of this call.
The state of the world is dire and much needs to be done so absolute cooperation by all members is requested.
Every member will be updated as the process progresses on their obligations.
UNIVERSAL RESERVE RESIDENCE CARDS
All authorities are required to recognise the Identity cards issued by URO to its officials.
This identity card is issued pursuant to Article 7 on the protocols on the priviledges and immunities of the Vienna Convention annexed to the Treaty establishing Universal reserve organisation.
The Universal Reserve Organisation Identity card is a residence permit for the bearer in the country of the mission and allows free movement on official duties by the holder.
The identity card is a travel document which allows Universal Reserve officials to travel on visa exempt status on official duties and exemption from immigration controls.
THE PRESIDENT OF UNIVERSAL RESERVE ORGANISATION Requests all authorities of Member states of URO to allow the bearer to pass freely and to afford the bearer such assistance and protection as may be neccessary and to recognise the card as a residence permit for URO officials.
The URO identity cards are valid only when used together with official national passports.
MESSAGE TO: THE BANKING SYSTEM AND REGISTERED BANKS
UNIVERSAL INVEST ACCOUNT
ALL REGISTERED BANKS WILL BE REQUIRED TO OFFER SERVICES TO URO in accordance to §240 of reserve bank Regulationn, which requires all banks to provide services as requested to the reserve bank system.
This service will include offering Universal Invest accounts which will be held as normal current accounts at the bank
The Universal Treasury Account is issued pursuant to Reserve system regulations all banks are prohibited from offering the same system of Accounts to anyone else:
All bank CEOs must refrain from imitating this reserve Account and allowing other people the same service:
ALL Bank CEOs are required to offer Universal Reserve all support by informing their officials about their obligation for banks to offer services to Universal Reserve.
COMPLIANCE AND REGARD TO THE TREATY WHICH CREATES UNIVERSAL RESERVE ORGANISATION IS REQUESTED
OF EVERYONE TO ENABLE THE IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS TO FLOW SMOOTHLY.
The implementation of Universal Reserve is going together with highest form of security, from law enforcement.
Non compliance to the treaty and obligation to provide support will result in direct arrest and transfer to the nearest prison without any need of a court hearing of the person posing as a blockade by non compliance.
