URC facility is a cash based guarantee fund which supports innovation globally.
This facility is implemented in partnership with regional international organisations and registered credit institutions.
The URC facility is a cash backed guarantee fund that acts as a counter guarantee for financing provided directly or indirectly by international organisations and affiliated institutions.
URC mobilizes liquidity from international organisations in fullfillment of the charter objectives.This is managed internally within Universal Reserve bank.
Each international organisation charter objectives are reflected in the implementation strategy.For instance if EIF works via intermediaries then all these intermediaries are in turn part of the implementation process.
All international organisations will be added onto this list to set up the global liquidity mobilization strategy.
