UNIVERSAL RESERVE BUSINESS CENTER (URBC) is a sub organisation that deals with trade, investment and developmental issues and raises capital for the organisation through trade.

Other than engage in business URCB makes policies on world trade and Provides a forum for intergovernmental consensus-building where all member States interact freely on policy issues concerning trade and development. 

URCB will engage in trade with governments, other organisations and the private sector companies to raise capital for the organisation.

Universal reserve center (URC); is the sub organisation of Universal reserve organisation that is responsible for increasing Treasury reserves through financing enterprises. 

URC works in partnership with international and regional organisations to implement the financing programme.

URC facility is a cash based guarantee fund which supports innovation globally.
This facility is implemented in partnership with regional international organisations and registered credit institutions.

The URC facility is a cash backed guarantee fund that acts as a counter guarantee for financing provided directly or indirectly by international organisations and affiliated institutions.

URC mobilizes liquidity from international organisations in fullfillment of the charter objectives.This is managed internally within Universal Reserve bank.

Each international organisation charter objectives are reflected in the implementation strategy.For instance if EIF works via intermediaries then all these intermediaries are in turn part of the implementation process. 

All international organisations will be added onto this list to set up the global liquidity mobilization strategy.
