PURPOSE
URO-ASSET BACKED PUBLIC SECTOR BOND PURCHASE PROGRAMME FUND
UR ASSET BACKED PUBLIC SECTOR fund was set up to raise capital for Universal reserve establishment and to cater for the running costs of the entire organisation.
The capital is sourced from the asset backed and public sector bond purchase programme.
All central banks, suprainternational and international organisations will be required to participate in this programme.
The capital will be acquired through asset backed bonds issued by Universal Reserve Organisation and traded in primary and open market operations in liaison with the European central bank, bond buying programmes, central banks and selected organisations.

URIF Wealth fund resources will be used to support world economies and provide a buffer and credit guarantee to world economies and to create stable economies in trade.
This will involve liaison with other International organisations such as IMF and WORLD BANK which lend to other countries as well as work directly with world governments.

The fund is valued at five hundred billion from capital acquired through issuance of bonds in series.
