This fund has been created to fund Enterprenuers and to engage in trade and investment.
The bonds issued to raise capital for this investment fund will be backed by the treasury.
The fund will be valued at five hundred (500) billion Euro. with majority of the investment comming in from other international organisations, Investment sector organisations and Enterprenuers
The resources will be used to support the economies of the world by working with world governments.
