                    UNIVERSAL RESERVE CENTRAL BANK          ORGANISATIONS STRUCTUREThe Universal reserve central bank as a forum for discussion, policy analysis and information-sharing among central banks and within the international financial and supervisory community is managed by several participants. Their meetings may be held via teleconference, videoconference or written procedure: Each board meets at least 3 times a year.

UNIVERSAL RESERVE BANK GOVERNOR: The reserve bank will be managed by an appointed governor assisted by a management team and other bank officials. The reserve bank governor will be a person who has held the position of of a central bank governor previously.

EXECUTIVE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The executive board of directors comprises of executives drawn from regional central banks governors:

Each appointed governor of a regional central bank will automatically become an executive at universal reserve central bank.

The Executive board of directors will meet 3 times a year to decide on policies

SUPERVISORY BOARD

The Board is responsible for determining the strategic and policy direction of the URCB, supervising URCB Management, and fulfilling the specific tasks given to it by the Bank's Statutes. It meets at least six times a year.This comprises of individuals drawn from the financial sector.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The executive committee is made up heads of the different associated committees which assist the board in decision making.

MEMBERS

The central bank governors of each country in the world and governors of other central banking authorities are each designated a position of member.The members meet at least once a year to formulate banking supervision policies.They may elect from amongst them president of the board and 3 vice presidents.
