Universal reserve treasury is managed by
1. BOARD OF DIRECTORS - are five individuals drawn from government,finance or international organisations management sector.
2. MEMBERS -The finance ministers of each member country automatically becomes a member of universal reserve treasury.The members meet at least 3 times a year.The members elect the members president and 2 vice presidents each to serve for a 5 year term.
3.TREASURY PRESIDENT- is appointed to implement policies, manage and oversee the treasury on a daily basis.
4.TREASURY MANAGEMENT TEAM: includes managers,financial advisors and officials who assist the president in operations of the treasury.
